For over fifty years, Longueville Manor has been run by the Lewis family and today, current owners, Malcolm and Patricia Lewis, would very much like you to consider it your home from home.
Elegantly and stylishly designed with rich warm colours, fine antiques and an abundance of freshly picked flowers from the recently restored Victorian kitchen garden, there is a peaceful ambience which will immediately make you feel at ease.
The Island of Jersey, with its cosy charm, unique rural life and natural beauty, is also host to a busy international finance centre famous the world over.
During your stay at Longueville Manor you will discover that the Island is steeped in history on the one hand, yet has kept up with the modern world on the other. We are proud of our Island and uphold its culture and traditions. More importantly, we hope very much to share it with you.

At Longueville Manor, you will sample fine dining at its best. Over the years, The Restaurant has consistently been awarded accolades for its food and service and is admired not only by a loyal customer following, but by travel writers and food critics alike. For the 2008 AA Restaurant Guide, Longueville Manor has once again been awarded three prestigious rosettes.
Whether your culinary experience is a romantic dinner for two in The Restaurant, or as an invited guest to a lunch in one of the beautiful private rooms, it is guaranteed that the quality of service and food will be consistent throughout.
Carrying on traditions of old, the Manor is very much self-sufficient and the original recipes are enhanced by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the walled kitchen garden. The Victorian glasshouses have been restored to provide fresh produce that would otherwise be out of season.
Longueville Manor stands in 15 acres at the foot of its own beautiful, private wooded valley complete with an enchanting lake, which is home to majestic black swans.
Enjoy a game of tennis on the all weather synthetic grass court , take advantage of the large heated swimming pool or relax and enjoy a little something from the delicious al fresco menu at the poolside barbeque and bar.
The gardens, kitchen garden and greenhouses offer a spectacular display of roses and, depending on the season, a vibrant picture of tulips, daffodils and sweetpeas. The Manor's fresh flowers will undoubtedly delight you during your stay with us. Set within the beautiful grounds at the rear of the Manor, the heated swimming pool is open between May and October. Sympathetically landscaped, sun loungers are plentiful and towels are available from Reception.
Relax and enjoy a little something from the mouthwatering al fresco menu or indulge in freshly caught fish grilled for you on the barbecue. The pool terrace and bar is open for breakfast, lunch and snacks during the warmer summer months.
In the evening, pre-dinner drinks and canapes can be enjoyed by the pool before embarking on a culinary adventure in The Restaurant.
From a boardroom meeting of four through to a sixty delegate seminar, Longueville Manor's conference facilities are comprehensive and versatile. Specifically designed with the corporate client in mind, there are three fully equipped rooms which can be set up to suit individual needs.
Beautifully furnished, both the Nicolle and Bateman rooms provide elegant surroundings in which to hold your meetings and with their own separate access you are assured of the utmost privacy.
For larger presentations, the Garden Room is the ideal venue, opening out onto a small patio and rose garden.
